UPDATE: Statement by Resource Reclamation

Toledo, OH - July 25, 2008 -- Resource Reclamation Toledo, LLC, experienced a fire yesterday evening at its recently commissioned plant in Toledo at 5400 Detroit Ave.  The cause of the fire is under investigation by insurance adjusters, and we are thankful that our employees were able to exit the building without injury.

Through the efforts of the Toledo Fire Department and our employees the fire was contained in a small section of the plant with no major damage to our specialized processing equipment.  We expect to resume partial operations early next week and plan to be back in full operation within two weeks.
