TOLEDO (WTOL) - Imagine everything you own being thrown out onto the street. This situation is playing out along Forsythe in east Toledo. Folks were forced to look at their evicted neighbor's stuff for more than a week, until they called Problem Solver Mika Highsmith.

Ever since the trash pickup switch, residents have been getting used to seeing trash along their east Toledo street.

"We have to put it out in the front now we can't put in the alley. It's a total mess and I can't stand it," says neighbor Kathy.

A huge pile of junk that spans across two homes. Everything from boxes to clothes to furniture. All things that were once inside this house.

"People were evicted out of the home top and bottom."

Thanks to the landlord, there stuff is now trash in the street. And that's where it's been for a little more than a week.

"They left it and no one's been back since."

"One of the neighbors called the Mayor and nothings been done."

Two days later, it's all gone and neighbors are happy after News 11 got the city involved.

"These guys work so hard to get it done. I've never seen so much stuff thrown in one truck."

"If it weren't for you all, it would probably still be sitting there."

"Call TV 11 and you'll get it done."
