A breach in her ceiling is driving Arteashia Hearn crazy. What's the trouble? Fact is, rain's been coming in places it's just not welcome.

Hearn says her landlord came out last Friday, but that she still has to use a bucket to prevent rain from cascading into her rooms. She's worried that it could end up happening all over the house.

Sure enough, the ceiling in her children's room looks like it's falling in.

"I'm scared I'll wake up and one of these drop ceilings will be on my babies," Hearn says.

She says she's been calling and calling and calling her landlord.

Call 11 for Action problem solver Mika Highsmith spoke to Hearn's landlord. He says he told Hearn to call if the hole in the sunroom continued to leak but that he never heard from her.

He also said he wasn't aware of any of the other problems but he would get a team over there right away to fix things up.
