This is part of the scandal involving a trooper at the Sandusky post dressing up in a KKK like outfit and taking a picture.

SANDUSKY -- An Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper from Sandusky is actually asking for a demotion.

This is all part of the scandal involving a trooper at the Sandusky post dressing up in a KKK like outfit and taking a picture.

The patrol says lieutenant Greg Greggila has been the Sandusky Post Commander for nearly 14 years.

Now he has voluntarily asked for a demotion to sergeant and a transfer to the Fremont post.

Meanwhile the two troopers involved in the photo, Craig Franklin and Eric Wlodarsky have been placed on administrative leave. Ohio's Governor is asking that they be fired.
