So much news happens outside Lucas County. We wanted to be there -- so we built the Wood County Levis Commons News Bureau.
We're down the main strip, next to Nagoya, right around the corner on this walkway. The clock tower is right over there.
We have a bunch of transmission stuff inside the tower. We'll move the SkyTrack 11 camera to the top of that hotel later this summer.
That camera will give you an exclusive view of the 23/75 merge and a great look at the weather heading toward Bowling Green and Findlay.
The news bureau is interactive -- just like the WTOL.com set and the breaking news set. We can broadcast from here or from several other locations within Levis Commons.
The Wood County Levis Commons News Bureau puts us a half-hour closer to the action. It also dedicates a crew to exclusively cover the news beyond Lucas County. They will find the great stories because they are out here, every day.
When it comes to knowing what's really going on, we think this makes a huge difference. Stop by and say "hi" the next time you're down this way.
