Ready to kick it up a notch? This week, our Weigh In To Win team memebers are hitting the exercise floor to do the latest work-out -- the zumba
It's a Latin dance-based exercise class taught at the Y. All four team members were there and said how much much they loved the class, even if they were nervous about their dance skills.
Denise says, "I tell everyone to take a zumba class."
