TOLEDO -- One of northwest Ohio's fastst growing churches now has a new location. Cedar Creek opening up its new location in west Toledo. It's at Deveaux Village at Sylvania and Douglas.

A ribbon cutting ceremony kicked things off Friday morning. The new building holds a 600 seat auditorium as well as several classrooms. There will be services on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Church leaders say they chose west Toledo because it's centrally located near the University of Toledo, Ottawa Hills, Sylvania and the central city.

Cedar Creek Church Pastor Mark Bernard tells News 11, "There's many great churches out there. I mean we're not the only church in town. We're not the only good church in town, but we present it in a way that seems to appeal to a large group of people."

Cedar Creek also has it's main campus in Perrysburg and another satellite location in Whitehouse.
