Weight loss totals from week 1!
Our Weigh In To Win team members have started their weight loss journey. Part of that journey is getting rid of all the "bad" foods in their homes.
Ellie McManus of Weight Watchers helped Heather Umbaugh as she cleaned out her kitchen. News 11's Melissa Voetsch has a look at how she did.
In a t-shirt that read, "Stop Dieting," McManus went through the cupboards and got rid of unhealthy foods such as sugar cereal. Then she went through the refrigerator and got rid of unhealthy snacks such as a bag of chocolate chips. She pulled the healthy snack options up to the front of the refrigerator or out on to the counter.
She finished with a 'before' photo of Heather placed on the refrigerator door.

All our contestants had a great first week. Rodney lost the most weigh dropping 9 pounds. Denise lost 5 pounds, and Jennifer and Heather both lost around 3 pounds.
