TOLEDO -- Our four Weigh In To Win contestants got to meet with their trainers at the YMCA for the first time this week.
Jennifer, Denise, Heather and Rodney are all ready and excited to start their work outs.
The trainers say they plan to start out slow and see which exercises they like to do. They'll also start with some cardio and focus on exercises to help all their muscles.
The trainers are also going to help them achieve their exercise goals. "His goal is to run five miles, so I would like to get him to start to run whenever he starts to lose this weight and move on from there to reach his goal." She's talking about Rodney, who has a goal to lose 100 pounds.
