Here are results of some of the big races:
Toledo -- 3/4% Tax Levy
A big win for the city of Toledo. After threats of big cuts to the city workforce, voters approved the renewal of the city's 3/4 percent income tax. The final results are 60% saying yes and 40% voting no. Mayor Carty Finkbeiner will speak about the win Wednesday morning at Government Center.
Toledo Public Schools
The Toledo Public schools also have a win to celebrate. Issue 7 passes with about 61% voting yes and 39% saying no. The district had feared cuts would have to be made if the levy did not pass.
Sylvania Fire Levy
In Sylvania, it appears the second time around is the charm for a fire levy. Issue 3, a 1.25 mil levy to help with the department's growing financial woes, gets a thumbs-up from voters. In total, 61% said yes and 39% said no.
Anthony Wayne Schools
The A.W. School levy failed with 53% voting against it.
Oregon City Schools
The Oregon school levy passed with 52% of the vote.
Wood County Parks
The Parks levy passed with 55% of the vote.
Wood County Schools
The North Baltimore school levy passed with 62% of the vote. The Northwood school levy passed with 53% of the vote. The McComb school levy failed with 90% voting against it.
Democratic Presidential Primary
Hillary Clinton won with 54% of the vote.
Republican Presidential Primary
John McCain won with 60% of the vote.
U.S. Congress 9th District Primary
Bradley Leavitt won with 55% of the vote.
U.S. Congress 5th District Primary
Bob Latta won with 75% of the vote.
State Senate 2nd District Primary
Wagoner won with 74% of the vote.
