The highway interchange going from 475 to 75 south toward downtown is open to traffic.
Cars may head into downtown from that highway interchange if you must be on the road.
There are still many accidents around town. Lucas County is still under a Level 2 snow emergency, which means drivers should only be on the road if they absolutely need to be. It is recommended to call in to work and see if you need to come in.
Snow is expected to continue until late morning or early afternoon.
