Scallops with Fettuccini

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh basil

4 oz. pine nuts

4 oz. olive oil

4 oz. parmesan cheese

6 cloves garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Method:

In a food processor, combine pine nuts, garlic, cheese, and basil.  Slowly, with machine running, add olive oil.  Saute scallops and add to rest of ingredients.
