New details on one of the surviving victims of a Christmas Eve crash that killed two people.
Brock Mealer, 23, is expected to be moved from St. Vincent Mercy Medical center to the University of Michgan Medical Center in Ann Arbor for rehabilitation.
Mealer is paralyzed from the waist down and doctors say he may not walk again.
He was injured in a crash that killed his father and his brother's girlfriend.
