1 Box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1/2 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
1 C. Apricot Nectar
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Bake one hour at 325 degrees in a well-greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Two different glazes:
1. 1 1/2 Cup confectioner's sugar. Add enough nectar to have glaze the consistency of buttermilk.
2. 2 Cups confectioners sugar and the juice of two lemons or one orange and one lemon.
