1 Box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix 4 Eggs 1/2 C. Sugar 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil 1 C. Apricot Nectar
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Bake one hour at 325 degrees in a well-greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Two different glazes: 1. 1 1/2 Cup confectioner's sugar. Add enough nectar to have glaze the consistency of buttermilk. 2. 2 Cups confectioners sugar and the juice of two lemons or one orange and one lemon.
When cake has cooled slightly turn out onto platter. Pour glaze over cake and prick cake with a broom straw to allow the glaze to infuse the cake. Serve warm or cold.
