Leaders of the United Auto Worker locals from Chrysler plants will gather in Detroit Monday to learn details of the tentative agreement.
They'll be briefed on details of the contract reached last week. After that, they'll help explain it to the other rank-and-file members who will vote on the deal.
The Chrysler agreement is similar to the one already ratified by General Motors workers.
