Toledo--Rocket Football coming off a huge high after knocking off Iowa State a week ago... plus Toledo knew they've always have Western Michigan's number at the Glass Bowl... Broncos haven't won in Toledo since 1988... Rockets beating the Broncos nine straight times at the Glass Bowl... but it was a brutal night for the Toledo... even with a  14-13 lead at the half... they lost Fremont Ross grad Aaron Opelt in the first half when the quarterback rolled his right ankle after being tackled from behind...Clint Cochran took over... but Cochran left the game when his right shoulder nailed the turf on the tackle... Toledo was down to their third string quarterback... true freshman D.J. Lenehan... wouldn't be enough to hold off the Broncos... Western Quarterback Tim Hiller threw for three touchdowns... Mark Bonds ran it in for two t-d-s of his own... Toledo falls 42-28... now 1-4 on the year... but most important...0-2 in the conference... Rockets host Liberty next Saturday for their homecoming game...

          at Bowling Green...something you don't see every day... it was the battle of the Bowling Green... Falcons from Bowling Green Ohio... the Hilltoppers from Bowling Green Kentucky... this game owned by the kids from Ohio... Tyler Sheehan a special day... threw for three touchdowns... even ran for a score... Falcons scored 24-points before Western Kentucky finally scored in the third quarter... defense delivered as well... P.J. Mahone with two picks in the game... Bowling Green Falcons win it 41-21... B-G now 3-1 this year... hit the road next Saturday to play 11th-ranked Boston College...
