Navarro Mills, Texas (AP) - Police say a man who lived less than a mile away from the victim has been charged with murder in the death of a six-year-old Texas girl found hanged in her family's garage. Investigators say 19-year-old Shaun Arender is charged with capital murder in the death of Hanna Mack. The body of the first-grader was found September 10th hanging from the garage rafters of her house in a rural community about 65 miles south of Dallas. A woman who lives behind the victim's home says she had seen the suspect around the neighborhood and was stunned at his arrest. Pam Gray says she nearly fainted when she realized the victim could have been one of her children. Officials say results from a DNA sample taken from the shirt Hanna was wearing indicated Arender was a possible match.
