Celebrity gossip Website TMZ.com reports that attorney Debra Opri sued Larry Birkhead Monday for defamation, fraud and breach of contract. In the lawsuit, which was filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Opri claims Birkhead slandered her during a recent appearance on "Larry King Live."
Opri says Birkhead impugned her ethics and professional reputation during that "Larry King Live" appearance. Birkhead told King that Opri was a source for Rita Cosby when she was writing Blonde Ambition, Cosby's book about the Anna Nicole Smith saga.
