Vacant House Burns in Central Toledo

CENTRAL TOLEDO -- While you slept, fire crews made quick work of a house fire in central Toledo.  It started around 1:15am Monday in the 1100th block of Nebraska, near Hoag.

Fire crews tell us there were flames coming from the second floor of this vacant and boarded up home when they got there.  We are told that the house was in the process of being renovated, and has caught fire as many as four times before.

Fire crews were able to put out the flames before the fire could spread to a neighboring home.  Right now, they're keeping an eye on it, and trying to figure out how the fire started.
