Bowtie Chicken Pasta with Grilled Roasted Vegetables

3 oz.  chicken breast (cut into thin strips)
1 cup bowtie pasta (cooked)
3 Tblsp. roasted red pepper (medium diced)
½ cup or 2 oz. grilled zuccini (cut into strips)
½  cup or 2 oz. grilled yellow squash (cut into strips)
½ cup or 2 oz. mushrooms (of your choice)
2 Tblsp. fresh chopped basil
½ cup leeks
1 or 2 oz. roma tomato (seeded, cut into strips)
3 Tblsp. olive oil
1 Tblsp. minced garlic
½ fresh lemon (juice)
½ Tsp. lemon pepper
½ Tsp. salt

Heat sauté pan until reaches hot temperature, add olive oil and chicken and sauté until chicken is cooked half way, then add garlic and mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add roasted red peppers, leeks, roma tomatos, fresh basil, zucchini and yellow squash.
Once vegetables are tender, add bowtie pasta and cook until pasta is cooked thoroughly.
Add salt, lemon pepper, and lemon juice.
Plate and Serve.
