Mike's Beef Teriyaki Shish Kabobs

Ingredients:
2.5lbs. cubed boneless beef sirloin
1 large sweet onion cut into 8 wedges
2 small zuchini cut into 1-1/4 inch pieces
1 large green pepper cut into 8 wedges
12 mushrooms with stem removed
1 large tomato cut into 8 cut into wedges

Preparation:
Skewer the meat followed by a vegetable and repeat until the skewer is full. Grill until meat is medium rare and vegetables begin to blacken in spots.

Mike's Teriyaki Marinade

Prep Time:  10 Minutes
Ready in: 2 hours
Yields: 8 servings
This marinade is great for beef, pork, chicken or lamb.

Marinade ingredients:
1/3 cup water
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup brown sugar
Dash of allspice
1/3 cup tamari
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation:
Mix in a bowl until well blended, then add the meat, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
