Jeff's current workout: 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week

  • 3 sets/15reps of the following, 3-4 times a week with a day of rest in between
  • overhead press
  • front raise
  • lateral raise
  • rear deltoid raises
  • chest press
  • back row
  • lat pulldown
  • bicep curl
  • tricep extension
  • straight leg extension
  • hamstring curls
  • heel raises
  • toe raises
  • stair climb and gym walk/jog in between sets
  • ab crunches and stretch
