Zucchini Soup

1 1/2 lb.    Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Cups      Celery- 1/2" chop
2 lbs.         Zucchini- 1/2" slice
1 Cup       Onion-chopped
2-28oz.     Can Diced Tomato
2 tsp.        Salt
1/4 tsp.     Garlic Powder
1 tsp.        Oregano
1 tsp.        Italian Seasoning
1 tsp.        Basil
2              Green Peppers- 1/2" thick
1 tsp.        Sugar


Brown sausage and break up in large chunks.
Drain.
Add celery, cook 10 minutes.
Add the rest and simmer 20 minutes or longer.
Serve with parmesean cheese on top and good french bread.
Great as a main course and over rice or pasta.
This is better the next day.
