Bassett's Homemade Hummus, Salsa, and Black Bean Salsa

HOMEMADE HUMMUS
1 15 oz. can chick peas
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons tahinini
2 tablespoons minced garlic

FRESH SALSA
5 diced tomatoes
1 large diced onion
1 chopped bunch cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh garlic
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 1/4 cup tomato juice
1 or 2 finely diced tomatoes

BLACK BEAN SALSA
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup minced parsley
1 15 oz. can drained and rinsed black beans
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients, then toss in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
