Pastry Cream

1 box (4-serving size) Vanilla* instant pudding

1 1/2 cup half and half

1 box Athens Phyllo Cups

To make "pastry cream" place pudding mix in a small bowl and while whisking gradually add the half and half. Whisk until mixture starts to thicken about 2-3 minutes. Set aside "pastry cream" for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes full miniature Phyllo cups with 1 Tablespoon of "pastry cream" and garnish with fresh fruit. Serve at once or within 30 minutes.

Fills 15 Phyllo cups with "pastry cream"

*Can substitute lemon, chocolate or coconut instant pudding mix
