Kendall's Christmas Crunch Brownies

1 c. melted butter or margarine
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
2 c. chocolate drink mix
¼ t. salt
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. mint chocolate chips

Chocolate frosting
Chopped candy canes or chopped peppermint candies

Mix together butter and sugars. Add chocolate drink mix and blend together. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add salt and flour and blend until well combined. Mix in mint chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9x13x3 pan. Bake at 325 for about an hour or until set in the center. When brownies are cool, spread chocolate frosting and sprinkle chopped candy canes or peppermint candies on top. Keep brownies in airtight container or wrap well with saran or aluminum foil.
