2 cups finely crushed chocolate crumbs
3 ounces melted butter
Combine chocolate crumbs and butter until fully incorporated, then press into bottom and sides of pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and cool.
FILLING (makes 2 pies):
1 and 3/4 cups cream
1 and 1/4 pounds cream cheese
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
20 oz. peanut butter
2 and 1/4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 tablespoons vanilla
Whip cream in a bowl and place in cooler, then cream the cream cheese and sugar using paddle on low speed. Add the blended peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream, then fill pie shells and cool for 6 hours. Drizzle melted chocolate sauce or ganache over top, and store in cooler.
1 and 1/2 quart frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
Combine strawberries and sugar in saucepan, and cook over medium heat until berries are soft. Puree and serve over pie. Enjoy!
