3 tablespoons of diced red peppers
¼ cup of diced green onions
¼ cup of cut baby corn
½ cup of diced celery
½ cup of coin carrots
3 cups of cooked seasoned chicken breast strips
1 cup of cashews
Dream Dinners Cashew Chicken Sauce (you're on your own for this one... they tell us it's a company secret)
Heat large frying pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil over high heat.
Add chicken to stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Add vegetables to chicken and stir-fry 5 minutes to soften vegetables.
Add Dream Dinners sauce and bring to a boil.
Stir-fry 5 minutes to thicken sauce, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Add cashews and toss.
