Zucchini Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl cream butter, oil and sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, add to the cream mixture, alternately with the milk. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until it tests done. Cool before serving.
