Peach Cobbler

peck of fresh peaches
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour milk
2-1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp minute tapioca

Scald and peel peaches. Cut into small pieces, place in a bowl and add 2 cups of sugar, tapioca, and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Put this mixture into a buttered oblong pan (9x13). Mix Bisquick, sour milk, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon in the same bowl that the peach mixture was in. Pour this on top of the peaches.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for almost an hour, until the mixture is bubbling and the peaches are tender when you test them with a fork. Can be served room temperature, warm or cold. For a real treat serve with vanilla ice cream.
