Spaghetti Pie

Start with1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
4 cups of cooked spaghetti (8 ounces uncooked), broken into pieces
2 cups of bottled spaghetti or marinara sauce
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or fresh oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees Use a 9 inch cast iron frying pan, or a glass square baking dish. Coat the bottom and up the side, 1 inch with non-stick cooking spray. Put in the bread crumbs and roll them around so that they stick on the bottom and sides. Mix cooked spaghetti, herbs and 1 1/2 cups of the sauce in a bowl, add the mixed eggs and transfer to the skillet.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, make sure the middle is set, put a knife in and make sure it comes out clean. Loosen the pie from the skillet, put on a plate and top with remaining heated sauce and grated cheese. Serves 4 Also delicious with browned hamburger or ground turkey.
