Roasted garlic - generous amounts
Fresh shallots - suit to taste
Fresh Italian parsley - generous amounts
Crushed red pepper
Fresh pasta noodles, your choice
1 pound Sauté garlic in olive oil with shallots
Bring pasta to boil. Mix pasta with heated garlic/oil mixture. Toss pasta with a generous amount of seasoned bread crumbs. Sprinkle with freshly grated reggiano parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy. Arrange cherry tomatoes in a single layer in an oven-proof dish, sprinkle with Italian spices, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, lemon juice and pour on the butter. Mix the bread crumbs and the cheese together and sprinkle on top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, make sure the top gets lightly browned.
