Cottage Cheese Cake

Crust:
Crush up 24 graham crackers, add 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine until all crumbs are moist and put in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.

Filling:
2 pounds cottage cheese 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup canned milk 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch salt Separate the eggs, whip the whites, set aside. Blend the cheese until there are no lumps, add all the other ingredients and gently fold in the whites.

Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 75 minutes or until your knife comes out clean from the center. Bake in 325 degree oven.
