Mock Crab Stir-Fry

Cut into small pieces:
4 ribs of celery
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
3 carrots
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 bunch broccoli

Stir fry these in a small amount of oil. You can do one veggie at a time and use about 1 tablespoon of oil for each batch. While these are frying, add 1 teaspoon of reduced salt soy sauce and stir in. Put all veggies in a bowl, while you do the next veggie. DO the fresh ones first.

Then stir fry in a little oil, 3/4 pound of Louis Kemp Crab pieces. Stir until warm, add a little soy sauce. Put into a big bowl.

The last thing in your wok or large pan should be a can of Chinese vegetables, keep the water and put in the wok with adding any more oil. Let it start to boil and add 2 tablespoons of molasses, mix well and in a small cup mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch to 5 tablespoons of water, mix well and add to the wok, stir, let it thicken and then add all the other cooked vegetables.

Serve on rice or crunchy noodles. Doesn't taste fishy or too Chinese. You can use real fish, like monk fish, but not cod, it will flake apart. Tuna is also a bad choice. You could also add other meat or chicken or make it with just the vegetables.
