Cut into small pieces:
4 ribs of celery
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 bunch broccoli
Stir fry these in a small amount of oil. You can do one veggie at a time and use about 1 tablespoon of oil for each batch. While these are frying, add 1 teaspoon of reduced salt soy sauce and stir in. Put all veggies in a bowl, while you do the next veggie. DO the fresh ones first.
Then stir fry in a little oil, 3/4 pound of Louis Kemp Crab pieces. Stir until warm, add a little soy sauce. Put into a big bowl.
The last thing in your wok or large pan should be a can of Chinese vegetables, keep the water and put in the wok with adding any more oil. Let it start to boil and add 2 tablespoons of molasses, mix well and in a small cup mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch to 5 tablespoons of water, mix well and add to the wok, stir, let it thicken and then add all the other cooked vegetables.
