1/4 C Kahlua (coffee flavored liqueur)
1 reg. size tub CoolWhip Free whipped topping
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C cold milk
1-3/4 C powdered sugar
1 C unsweetened cocoa
2 8 oz. pkgs. of fat-free cream cheese (room temp)
Split ladyfingers in half, lengthwise. Brush cut side with the Kahlua (the rest is for the cook). Arrange cut side up, in the bottom and up the side of a 10 inch spring form pan. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Sift together the powdered sugar and the cocoa, then in a large bowl start to cream the cream cheese, add the sugar mixture, a little at a time until all is mixed together. This will be lumpy. Add the milk, mix some more. Then fold in the cool whip. Pour into your pan, cover with foil and freeze for 4 hours until firm.
