Banana Split Surprise

1-2 oz. lemon juice
4 8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese
2 C sugar
1 pint sour cream
1 16 oz. Cool Whip
3 cans of pineapple chunks (drained)
1-2 jars Maraschino cherries (rinsed well)
6 - 10 bananas (little green on peel)
1 box graham cracker crumbs

In a large bowl place cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar, mix until smooth. Add sour cream, mix, add Cool Whip, mix until smooth. Add fruit, fold in until all fruit is covered with mixture. In a pan or dish sprinkle 1/2 box of graham cracker crumbs in bottom. Spoon in banana split mixture, sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate 2 hours or overnight and serve. Top with chocolate syrup or pineapple topping if desired. Serves 15-30.
