6 Full Italian chicken portion; cooked, cold, fresh, sliced into 1/4 pieces
36 Fajita cut tomatoes
2 cups feta crumbles
2 cups sliced black olives
2 cups diced cucumbers
2 cups sliced pepperoncinis
12 oz Italian Herb Vinaigrette


1. combine feta crumbles, sliced olives, cucumbers and pepperoncinis
2. cut cooked and cooled full chicken breast into 1/4 slices
3. add mixed ingredients to chicken, tomatoes, and dressing; toss
