Recipe for two:
12/ea fresh whole shrimp (head on)
Olive oil (enough to drizzle over both sides of the shrimps)
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Crushed red peppers, optional
2/ea Fresh Lemons
On a hot, flat top grill, arrange the shrimps side by side.
Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimps and season with kosher salt (also crushed red peppers if you want a little spicy).
Cook for two minutes on each side seasoning both sides.
Before taking the shrimps off the grill, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimps.
Serve with lemon halves and fresh flat leaf parsley.
