Italian Eggs Benedict

You will need:

One piece Foccacia bread
Sliced Italian Sausage
2 Eggs
One cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions:

Toast one piece Foccacia bread in toaster or pan.
Heat sliced Italian sausage in pan.
Heat the marinana in pan and poach two eggs in sauce.
Layer sausage on the bread, and then ladle eggs on top of sausage.
Pour extra marinara over the top and grate fresh parmesan cheese on top as well.

Serves one.
