Zucchini-Potato Pancakes

2 large potatoes
1/2 zucchini
1 tablespoon minced basil
salt and pepper

Grate the pototoes and zucchini. Mix with a handful of flour, add salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of garlic. Heat the butter/oil to hot, and sear both sides quickly like you would do a steak. Then lower your flame and cook for about 5 minutes, so the inside cooks as well. Serve warm with ketchup or applesauce.
