TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - There are 20 workers from Toledo Edison who are on their way to Georgia to help in recovery efforts after Hurricane Michael moves through.

These workers are among around 100 First Energy workers in total heading south with more possibly on the way in the near future.

Consumer Energy said they will possibly send crews if they get a formal request, but they are preparing for bad weather of their own in northern Michigan.
