TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - In the 2018 campaign, the longest serving woman in the history of the House of Representatives is drumming up support for her fellow Democrats ahead of the November election.
Representative Marcy Kaptur joined the Lucas County democrats for a rally Monday morning in east Toledo.
She said that this race isn't just about the candidates, but the issues as well.
"As Democrats, we are for all of the people, not some of the people some of the time, but all of the people all of the time. And as Chairman Young mentioned, there are many issues on the ballot that, through us, can be transformed into serving all of the people of our country," Kaptur said.
Election day is November 6.
