TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - An anti-abortion group is touring college campuses with a jarring piece of video this week in the hopes of changing the minds of students.

The group set up at the University of Toledo on Monday.

The walk to class looked different for students, as representatives from the anti-abortion group "Created Equal" were on campus to send a message to students.

"I didn't really know this was going to be here. I just went to the Student Union to get some food, but we had a very interesting conversation about abortion. We disagreed and ended up deciding to agree to disagree," said UT student Dalton Cook.

To create an open dialogue, the group visits college campuses in Northwest Ohio on a regular basis.

This time they came with a Jumbotron, displaying what they claim to be videos of abortions, what look to be bloody images of surgery right outside the student union halls.

Group leaders say they pay photographers to go into abortion clinics to get the footage. They feel it sends a message about what abortion really is.

"We have many different responses, usually with our images. They're quite upsetting whether its people who walk and see the images and their minds are completely changed that second. They don't even need to have a conversation," said Evangeline Dunn, a representative for Created Equal.

Some students say the videos are too graphic and protested the group being on campus.

"I think they're very graphic. I think they're very inappropriate, and I think it's worth saying that most of these images are fake," said UT student Kylee Gregg.

Other students felt the group had a right to be there.

"I don't necessarily like it, but I think you have the right to be here," said Allyson Spoering, another UT student.

The group plans to be on the Bowling Green State University campus Tuesday from 9:30 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
