Possible west Toledo shooting in same area woman was shot, killed last weekend

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) -

Toledo Police were called to the scene of a possible shooting in west Toledo Sunday morning around 3 a.m.

This happened on the corner of Alexis and North Detroit, where a woman was shot and killed last weekend.

Police said that they received a call about shots being fired.

When they arrived on the scene, they found a car off the road and in the grass nearby.  

It's unclear if anyone was hurt.

At this time, police do not know if the two events are related.
