Teachers, students and parents aren't the only ones celebrating the beginning of this school year.
King's Island is joining in on the celebrations and is offering free admission to teachers for the last weekend in August.
Teacher just have to bring a valid school identification card or teaching license.
With the promotion, teachers can also get a ticket for family and friends for $30 each as well.
