CINCINNATI, OH (WTOL) - Cincinnati officials want to make changes to police policy following the events of an officer using a stun gun on an 11-year-old girl.

The city's vice mayor is proposing raising the minimum age for stun gun use from 12 to 12 years old.

Currently, officers can now use them on seven to 70-year-old suspects.

The police chief said he's "extremely concerned" that such force was used on a child that young.
