TPD detectives confirm missing teen found

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) -

Toledo Police Detectives confirm a missing teenager with developmental disabilities was found around 9:30 p.m. Monday. 

No further details on the teen's condition or where she was found has been confirmed.

Toledo Police are looking help locating a missing teenager with developmental disabilities. 

Brittany Dashner, 17, last was seen seen on foot in the downtown Toledo area at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. 

Brittany is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. There was no clothing description provided.

Police said there is concern for Brittany's safety due to development disabilities.

Police ask that you call 9-1-1 if you see Brittany.

    The Toledo Police Department will be conducting its 15th Citizen Police Academy this fall. The 10-week session program will be conducted on consecutive Wednesday evenings beginning Oct. 3 through Dec. 19. Each session will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and conclude at 9 p.m. Upon successful completion of the Citizens Police Academy, participants will be honored with a graduation ceremony.
