SYLVANIA, OH (WTOL) - From surf and turf, to build your own tacos, Parisian inspired salads, breakfast for the Pros … one local catering company is keeping the Marathon Classic fed.

Head Chef Dave from The Pinnacle Catering company in Maumee has his plate full keeping the thousands of people fed at Highland Meadows in Sylvania fed.

He shows up a 4 a.m. to start breakfast for the players daily.

For the Women's Summit his team prepped roughly 400 Parisian salads topped with marinated potatoes and veggies and grilled chicken.

Chef Dave will make all the food for the Pro-Am Tournament dinners. The Celebrity Pro-Am dinner will be a Southwest-inspired surf and turf with cooked-to-perfection filet topped with a lobster pinwheel slathered in Southwest Butter.

If you're heading to one of these events, that's OK!

The Champions Tent will feature a variety of menu items throughout the week. From barbeque brisket to build your own tacos, chicken stir-fry and vegetable lasagna there won't be a shortage of food at the Marathon Classic.

This is The Pinnacle Catering's second year serving the LPGA Marathon Classic and a job they hope to keep for a long time to come.
