Head Chef Dave was looking for a way to make a top-notch meal without costing a ton. The finished product will leave your mouth watering.
Chef Dave explained the time he spent in Arizona influences the house-made, Southwest-style butter that tops the pinwheeled lobster tail.
All of the food will be prepped and the industrial-size kitchen at The Pinnacle in Maumee, then cooked and finished off at the kitchen at Highland Meadows.
The perfect crisscross grill marks on the steak will be revealed after the crispy lobster pinwheel is eaten.
The potato cake with cheese and bacon will be precooked.
Everything will be finished off in the oven and served sizzling.
